The procedural timeline involves applying for divorce, waiting 20 weeks before applying for the conditional order, and another 6 weeks for the final order, which finalise the divorce. However, we understand the process can become more complex when it comes to discussing finances.

Our approach is to prioritise discussing finances right from the beginning, fostering open communication and understanding your situation. We have grown strong relationships with accountants, mortgage advisors, and independent financial advisors to ensure a smooth process, allowing you to receive the necessary advice promptly. Just this week I had a lovely meeting with two IFA’s who I think would be a great additional to our network.

During Karen’s well-deserved holiday for the next two weeks, the rest of our team, including Alex, Nancy, and myself, will be here in the Marlborough Law office, ready to keep the ship steady and provide you with continued support.

On another note, I’ll be heading to Ascot Racecourse this weekend with my partner and best friends, so wish me luck!
