I would like to leave a very sincere thank you to Daniel and the team at Marlborough Law for successfully completing both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home.

Before doing so, I also wanted to clarify that a previous review left by “ZS” was not from a client of Marlborough Law. They were in fact our purchasers, and Marlborough Law were not acting for them. I was very disappointed to see that review, as it did not reflect the service we received and, in our view, should not have been left by someone who was not their client.

Our experience with Marlborough Law was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we instructed them, they acted quickly and efficiently. Documents were sent out promptly, paperwork was checked carefully, and searches were applied for straight away to ensure there was as little delay as possible.

Naturally, with any conveyancing process, there are points where you are waiting for third parties, documents, searches, or replies to enquiries. However, Daniel and the team kept us fully informed throughout, updated us regularly, and dealt with everything in complete detail. They made sure all enquiries were properly handled and that we were satisfied and comfortable before proceeding.

We found Marlborough Law to be extremely professional, trustworthy, communicative, and efficient. Their pricing was also very competitive compared with others we looked at, but more importantly, the quality of service, attention to detail, and communication were superb.

Dreadful, dreadful and more dreadful. A simple Probate case. 4 1/2 months, £4500 and they achieved nothing. Sacked. The new firm achieved it in 3 months from scratch.  Use this firm at your peril.
